Leadership
Preconstruction management & construction execution expert
Greg’s design and construction industry experience spans four decades. Starting his career with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Greg moved to the construction side of the industry working for a local Design Build contractor, and then spending the next thirty-plus years at Turner Construction Company, the nation’s leading Builder.
He played an integral part in their Chicago Business Unit. Greg progressed through a number of operational roles and provided leadership during design, preconstruction and construction phases on a wide range of project types, with varied project delivery methods. These projects included historic restoration projects, research projects, commercial, higher education and cultural projects.
His depth of knowledge spans from the planning and preconstruction phase through the execution of construction projects. On many occasions leading a project from the initial stages of a design through construction completion. Most recently, Greg’s focus was on the Chicago market, providing senior leadership to the pursuit, launch and execution of large-scale building projects.
Greg's hands-on leadership style, coupled with real experience, have been key ingredients in successfully delivering high-quality projects, and in the process becoming a client’s trusted advisor. Forged in this significant operational experience, Greg's abilities have been demonstrated on a number of notable projects.
